I first met Christine and Drew in Port Clinton for their engagement photos. Photoshoots can be awkward. I mean, you just meet this person and you have to open up to let your personality shine through so you get amazing photos, what’s awkward about that? Christine said, “you’re going to pose us right?” and seemed a little nervous about it. Of course i’ll pose you guys but I want you to feel comfortable and loosen up so we can get some natural photos. I think it only took about 3 minutes for them to loosen up. These two are my model couple. They are serious rockstars in front of the camera. I mean come on look at these photos–
I mean come on! So after this shoot I immediately fell in love with the photos from their session and could not wait for their wedding!
Finally!!! May 13, 2017.
Christine and Drew have the cutest house with a big porch on the back of their house overlooking the pond.
After we were done with getting ready photos I head out to meet Drew and his groomsmen who stayed at a local mansion in Fremont. This house was so dreamy and perfect.
The church ceremony was absolutely beautiful and the first look with the bride and her dad was perfect!
The groom had the best reaction when he saw his bride for the first time 🙂
We stopped at their house to get photos by their pond.
Then we stopped at the baseball field, where Drew coaches.
We stopped at frickers for shots.
But the most important stop was to the nursing home to see Christine’s grandma who suffers from Alzheimer’s. Everyone, including myself was in tears. I am so happy your grandma got to see you on your wedding day Christine.
Then it was off to the reception to enjoy good food, good drinks and a whole lotta dancin’. How amazing are these gold and rose gold decorations Christine put together?
Oh, and that dessert bar was to die for.
We took a break to get some sunset photos
I hope this day was as perfect for you both as it was for me shooting it 🙂
Congrats again Christine + Drew!
